A distinct style is emerging with the most appreciated flavours being augmented with our own garden organic vegetables and salads along with Mediterranean sauces and herbs. Potatoes, furno-roasted in an herb and extra virgin olive-oil rub, are to die for.

Party function tucker need not be boring any longer. Marion, a trained chef, has her own predilection towards flavour from her upbringing in a grecian village. The world of food is aspiring to these simple, yet delicious directions.
Barouni, Manzanillo, Mission and UCA13a6 olive cultivars were planted in 1983-84, Tassie's 1st commercial planting. Further curing and oil varieties have been continually planted. (See our olive oil label under Giggleskins link) Chestnuts, almonds, artichokes, fejoias, and all the usual stuff, round out the garden we maintain, to feed the functions.
